Returns & refunds

Custom printing is produced to your specifications. This policy explains how we handle quality issues, errors, and cancellations.

Custom-made products

Most items we sell are made to order using your artwork and choices. For that reason, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect files supplied by the customer once production has started.

Proofs and approvals

When a proof is provided, please review spelling, colours, trim, and dimensions carefully. Approval of a proof typically confirms that you accept the layout as shown for production.

Quality and production errors

If your order arrives with a defect or error that is our responsibility (for example, wrong quantity, incorrect finishing versus the confirmed spec, or damage clearly caused in production or shipping), contact us promptly with photos and your order details. We will work with you on a reprint, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for cancellation or a partial refund depending on work already completed (e.g. design time, proofs, or material ordered on your behalf).

Shipping damage

For damage in transit, retain all packaging and notify us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement where applicable.
