Artwork and content
You represent that you have the rights to use all text, images, logos, and other content you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of your files and for compliance with applicable laws (including marketing and copyright).
Colours and proofs
Printed colour can vary by stock, press, and viewing conditions. Proofs and digital mockups are guides, not exact guarantees of final appearance, unless a specific colour contract or proofing process is agreed in writing.
Payment and delivery
Payment terms, taxes, shipping methods, and delivery estimates are stated on your quote or invoice. Risk of loss for shipped goods typically passes in line with the carrier's terms unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a job is generally limited to the amount paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed.
Changes
